Great location,close to the interstate, restaurants, walmart. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable, very helpful. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was good and the orange juice is actually orange juice. Not from a machine like most comfort hotels.
Rooms smelled a little moldy/mildew but other than that the stay was awesome!
Great place to stop a bit off 56. Much cheaper on weekends than other Birmingham offerings and quite nice. Spotless rooms, decent hot breakfast and FABULOUS smelling and super-comfortable sheets & towels. My only negative is Housekeeping uses way too much deodorizer. I'm usually not sensitive at all to scent, but the room smelled as if the whole place was drenched in Febreeze. Not worth complaining about for me but if this is an issue for you, check your room.
Rooms were clean and the staff were extremely friendly! The free breakfast is also top notch. Stay here on your road trip and don't pick anywhere else, seriously we did and we regretted it.
Stopped here on our summer road trip. We like CI&S because they tend to have larger rooms and a good breakfast. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE! All of us slept soundly. The a/c kept the room nice and cool. Breakfast in the a.m. was standard hotel fare and was kept up well. We enjoyed our stay.
No doubt a great place to stay while in the area. No problems here the staff was nice and friendly. It is in a good location, there are several restaurants to choose from, Bass pro and Bucees is just a short drive away.
This was a very clean hotel . The room was very clean. We were gone every day and when we returned the room had been cleaned , fresh towels provided. It is very quiet, no traffic noise . The staff was very friendly especially the lady who checked us in. It is very convenient to restaurants. We literally walked out the side door of the hotel and walked to the Logan's next door. If we are ever in leeds again we will stay at this hotel.
Located 1/2 mile from my sister's house so is perfect when we travel there. Room is always clean and the staff are very nice and accommodating for our needs.
